Making a purchase at the CMA Boutique is easy! Add the item you want in your cart and proceed to the checkout.
Are you a CMA member or candidate to the profession?
Once you access the Login, enter your membership number and password in the left column. You will then be able to make your purchase.
Not a member or candidate?
When you access the Login, select “Don’t have an account? Click here.” You will then be asked to create an account. You will have to provide your contact information, choose a user name and a password, as well as a secret question that will help you retrieve your password in case you have forgotten it.
Once your account has been created, you will be asked to confirm your order, choose your payment method and enter the information related to your chosen payment method in order to complete the process.
When your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your invoice.
Account management
By creating an account, you can save your contact information and accelerate the purchase process. You can change your contact information, your password or your secret question at any time by going to the “Edit my account” page.
Accepted payment methods
The CMA Boutique accepts only payments by Visa and Mastercard credit cards. If you want to pay by cheque, please enclose the registration form (in PDF, when available) for the activity of your choice with your cheque and mail it to the address indicated on the form.
Cancellation and refund policy
Please refer to the description of the activity of your choice to find out the deadline for cancellations and the terms and conditions for refunds.
Price calculation
The cost of participating in an event may vary depending on your status at the CMA Order: member, candidate or non-member.
If you are logged in to the CMA Boutique, the price displayed corresponds to your status. If you are not logged in to the CMA Boutique, the highest price is shown. It will be adjusted to your status when you log in.
Tax calculationAll items purchased at the CMA Boutique are subject to the 5% Canadian goods and services tax (GST) and the 7.5% Quebec sales tax (QST). Taxes are automatically calculated on the “Order Confirmation” screen and appear in the total amount invoiced.
